The Eagles improve to 10-1-1 and 6-0 in the Heart of America while Grand View falls to 2-5-3 and 2-3-1 in conference action.
Following a scoreless opening 26 minutes, Central got on the board with Barreto's first goal of the afternoon in the 27th minute. Barreto dribbled through a host of defenders and fired a shot past the Grand View keeper, which found the lower left corner of the net for the score.
Less than four minutes later, Andrea Jimenez put Central up 2-0 with a goal in the 31st minute from 20 yards out.
Coming out of the halftime break leading 2-0, the Eagles' Barreto remained hot with a pair of goals, both on set pieces a little over a minute apart.
Her second goal came on a corner kick in the 53rd minute of play, as Delia Letelier sent a perfect cross into the box that Barreto flicked into the back of the net.
Within the next 60 seconds, Letelier and Barreto connected again on a corner kick for Barreto's third goal of the night to secure the hat trick. Grand View's offense tallied only three shots in the match, as Central's defense held them scoreless.
