Olathe, Kan. - The No. 24 Central Methodist Men's Soccer team fell to No. 6 MidAmerica Nazarene, 2-1, Saturday evening in Olathe, Kan.

The Eagles fall to 3-4-2 overall and 0-2-1 in conference play, while MidAmerica Nazarene improves to 6-0-3 and 3-0-2 in the Heart.

Matheus Storck put Central on the board first in the 16th minute of play with the assist coming from Liam Arthur. MNU responded six minutes later with a goal of their own to even the score at 1-1, which would be the scoring entering halftime.

The game winning goal for the Pioneers came in the 78th minute of play. Central was unable to mount a comeback in the final 12 minutes of play, as MNU would go on to earn a physical 2-1 win.

CMU finished the night with seven total shots, including four on frame. MidAmerica tallied 14 shots with five being on goal.

Niccolo Cabras picked up two saves in a full 90 minutes between the posts.
