Fulton, Mo. - The Central Methodist Men's and Women's Golf programs competed in a rain-shortened William Woods Spring Invitational Monday and Tuesday in Fulton, Mo.
The CMU women posted a seventh place standing while the men finished 11th. Sophomore Mechelle Vermillion was the highest finisher for the Eagles, as she fired a single-round score of 81 to place 13th.
Garrett Rikel led the way on the men's side with a 21st place standing with a single-round score of 78.
The Eagles will next compete in the Lincoln University/William Woods Invitational beginning Monday, April 8 in Holts Summit, Mo.
