Moravia, Iowa - The Central Methodist Men's and Women's Golf programs concluded their fall season at the Heart Conference Preview at The Preserve in Moravia, Iowa.
The women posted a seventh place finish out of 11 teams, while the men placed eighth of 10 teams.
Sophomore Mechelle Vermillion was the highest finisher for the Eagles, tying for sixth with score of 83 and 75 to lead the way.
Kali Brown (35th, 188), Karrington Harrell (T36, 190), Emily Molitor (T45, 201) also competed for the women's side. Lauren Williams did not compete due to injury.
Altogether, the Eagles finished with a team score of 737.
For the CMU men, freshman Cole Wiese tied for 12th with identical round scores of 74 to tally a 148 total.
Garrett Rikel (T26, 153), Daniel Hake (T51, 171), Robert Hopper (T51, 171), and Alexander Blase (53, 173) rounded out Central's golfers.
The Eagle men posted a team score of 642 to conclude the tournament.
