Adam Galla

Adam Galla

Adam Galla was named the Head Coach of the Central Methodist Men's Soccer program in May of 2023.

Galla comes to CMU after spending the past seven seasons leading the men's soccer program at Westminster College in nearby Fulton, Mo. While leading the Blue Jays, Galla guided the team to back-to-back SLIAC Tournament Championships in 2016 and 2017.

In 2016, Westminster's defense led the conference in fewest goals given up and, in 2017, led the SLIAC in scoring.

Altogether, Galla has coached 19 All-Conference players, including two SLIAC Tournament MVPs, all while leading the Blue Jays to two national tournament appearances. In addition, Galla's squad has boasted the highest GPA among all men's sports at the college.

Prior to Westminster, Galla spent four seasons as the Head Men's Soccer Coach at Lakeland University in Sheboygan, Wisc. During his first two seasons, he also pulled double duty leading the women's program at the University.

Galla is no stranger to Central, as he spent four seasons as an assistant coach under current Head Women's Soccer Coach Dan Schmidlin from 2008-12, assisting in the day-to-day operations in both the men's and women's programs.

Prior to his coaching career, Galla played four seasons at William Woods University where he was named team captain his senior year.
