Fayette, Mo. - The Central Methodist Women's Wrestling team secured a 33-4 victory over William Woods Wednesday night. Prior to the dual, the Eagles honored the 2023-24 senior class which included Autumn Barela and Brianne Whited.
In a dual that featured numerous open weight classes, Central tallied seven total wins, including two via Technical Fall and a pin in the 191 pound match for Shianne Whited.
No. 15 Lillian Gough also picked up a Tech Fall victory over Taylor Johnson in the 136 pound weight class.
Central will next travel to William Penn to take on the Statesmen Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 7:00 p.m. in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
