Gough Places First at Luther Hill Open in Iowa

Indianola, Iowa - The Central Methodist Women's Wrestling program began the 2023-24 season at the Luther Hill Open Saturday in Indianola, Iowa.

The Eagles were represented by nine wrestlers in numerous weight classes.

Junior Lillian Gough had the best finish for the Eagles, placing first in the varsity 143-pound weight class with a 3-0 record.

The duo of Nonnie Justice and Berlin Kiddoo each finished fifth in the 130 and 143-pound weight class respectively.

CMU will next compete in the Waldorf Open Saturday, Nov. 11 beginning at 9:00 a.m. in Forest City, Iowa.
