Four Eagles Named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes

Kansas City, Mo. - Four members of the Central Methodist Women's Basketball program were named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes by the national office this week.
The four Eagles to earn the honors are Genet Mebratu, Kailey Franklin, Renee Finke, and Bryann Magers. They are among 887 student-athletes from across the country to earn the recognition.
In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
