Canton, Mo. - The Central Methodist Women's Basketball team fell to Culver-Stockton College by a final score of 87-43 Tuesday afternoon in Canton, Mo.
Central falls to 2-3 overall and 0-2 in the Heart of America, while the Wildcats improve to 2-4 and 1-1 in conference action.
Alyssa Beaumont led the Eagles with 18 points which included four three-point baskets. The freshman also added four rebounds, three steals, two assists, and a block.
Sophomore Renee Finke reached double figures with 12 points in addition to five rebounds and a steal. Ma'Jayla Garret-Dudley tallied nine points while Gracie Brumley added four.
Central's defense forced 12 Wildcat turnovers on eight steals. CMU also grabbed 30 rebounds of which nine came on the offensive glass.
The Eagles return home to host Baker University Saturday, Nov. 25 at 2:00 p.m. inside Puckett Field House.
