- Graduate Assistant - Linebackers Coach
Denzil Ware joined the CMU football program as a graduate assistant in the spring of 2024. He will serve as the Eagles linebackers coach. Ware most recently served as a graduate assistant for North American University in Stafford, Texas during the 2023 season. He also spent time coaching the defensive line at Crestview High School. Ware graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Leadership Development. As a student-athlete, he was a three year starting defensive lineman for the Kentucky Wildcats, competing in the SEC. After graduation Ware had one year of eligibility remaining and used it as a graduate transfer playing for the Jacksonville State University in the fall of 2018.
