Kansas City, Mo. - Seven members of the Central Methodist Men's Soccer program were recognized as Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes for their performance in the classroom.
The seven Eagles representing the program include; Morris Van Tuinen, Guilherme Pereira, Martin O'Toole, Kyle Newberry, Lucas Icarte, Angelo Junior de Lannoy, and Niccolo Cabras.
To qualify as a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have attended their institution for at least one full year.
