MISSION STATEMENT


Central Methodist University Strength and Conditioning is dedicated to achieving athletic excellence through a systematic training approach.  The strength and conditioning staff will develop the individual athlete through a structured athletic performance program which includes all aspects of physical and mental performance.

The strength and Conditioning staff is dedicated to high-level athletic performance within the Heart of America Athletic Conference. Optimal athletic performance is developed by following 6 basic principles.
